I’m Jacob Herr, founder of TopLine Estimating. My background spans roofing operations, Xactimate estimating, and supplement management, including leading an estimating team and supporting contractors across multiple markets. Through extensive communication with insurance adjusters, I’ve developed a practical understanding of carrier estimating practices, documentation expectations, and supplement review processes.
I started TopLine to ensure that my roofing partners are fairly compensated for the scope they are performing. I prepare detailed estimates, organize supporting documentation, and handle carrier follow-up so you can spend more time running your business.
